Attained Drops 2 Mod 1.16.5, 1.15.2, 1.14.4 and 1.7.10 offer us a different way to create feature farms, use orchards, and without entities. With this mod installed, you can use the orchards to cultivate the drops of the various creatures in the game. These new plants are not generated naturally but will have to be grown, making the seeds by the players. We can now use the orchards for more than just growing potatoes and carrots.
To grow these plants, the first thing we will have to do is the “Vitality Spreader,” which will allow us to create a new type of soil, where these new seeds, called “Vitalized Soil,” must be planted. Once we have the land ready, we will manufacture the “Vitalized Seed,” which are the seeds that will give rise to these new drop generating plants.
With these new seeds, you can grow spider eyes, gunpowder, Blaze sticks, bones, prism, Ender pearls, Slime balls, thread, iron nuggets, and feathers, among other interesting objects for the day today.
About
Attained Drops is a mod about sustainable mob drops in the form of plants. These plants cannot be automatically grown, and will need to be farmed by the player instead of machinery. This allows for reasonable growth of additional drops, without enabling giant farms to produce massive amounts of resources.
Blocks and Items
Vitality Spreader: This is the first block you will need to create to interact with Attained Drops. This block creates vitalized soil out of nearby dirt or grass, which enables the growth of vitalized plants. Eventually, the spreader will return to dirt, and a new one will be required.
Vitalized Soil: This is created by the Vitality Spreader. This block has to be enriched with certain items, and needs a vitalized plant to be planted on top of it. When enriched, the plant will grow bulbs above it that correspond to the enrichment type. Eventually, the soil will return to dirt.
Vitalized Seed: This seed is crafted with Life Essence, an apple, and wheat seeds. It is used to plant Vitalized Plants on vitalized soil.
Life Essence: This is dropped by monsters, and is required to create vitalized seeds.
Bulbs
In Attained Drops, a bulb is the product of a vitalized plant above enriched soil. When harvested, it will drop 1-2 of it’s respective produce. They can be moved with silk touch. There are 15 default bulb types. The types, along with their drops, are shown below.

- Once fully mature the plant will sprout bulbs on top that correspond to the drop in the soil underneath
- There is a chance that the vitalized soil may revert to dirt.
- Planters slowly revert to dirt.

- SoilCreatorDiameter – Total diameter soil creator block is effective

This seed can be planted on the vitalized soil. The plant that grows will then sprout bulbs that correlate to the enrichment of the soil underneath.

- Wait for the Planter to chance the surrounding soil to Vitalized Soil (which can be broken)

- Bone-Meal plant or wait for it to fully mature (a fully mature one can be broken for seeds)
- Once fully mature the plant will sprout bulbs on top that correspond to the drop in the soil underneath
- There is a chance that the drop will be sucked out of the soil and need to be replaced
