From your store, you should pick middle click sorts, scroll in and out of the place one object at once.
Keep in mind that the default keybindings for those mouse wheel actions are the wheel. Whenever you position them to something else, please set again to restore the wheel operation!
New version 1.13 command:
/inventorysorter
It hits the final container you middle-click sorted so you can control its blacklist. They are places that do not care about middle-click classifying.
bladd: gives the last tank to the list
blremove: deletes that
show: reveals the ultimate case located
list: points out the collection of blacklisted items
