BackStab Mod 1.16.5 and 1.12.2 is a mod that is responsible for adding the concept of “stabbing” in Minecraft. To do this, the mod will allow you to manufacture a new type of weapon, daggers. You can only stab with a blade; with swords and axes, you won’t be able to penetrate. The concept of stabbing attack comes to Minecraft.

As you know, in Minecraft, you can perform critical attacks by jumping and hitting an enemy. This is the most potent melee attack we can perform in the game. Well, with this mod installed, if we stab an enemy in the back, we’ll do three times as much damage as if we perform a critical attack.

You can also combine an acute attack with a stabbing, further increasing the damage of your attack. To do this, you have to hit an enemy with a dagger while you’re in the air.

Wood Dagger: 1 dmg.
Stone Dagger: 2 dmg.
Iron Dagger: 3 dmg.
Gold Dagger: 1 dmg.
Diamond Dagger: 4 dmg.
Daggers deals 5x dmg on “backstab.” To add they can be enchanted and has a faster attack speed allowing you to perform multiple backstabs. However, in straight 1 vs 1 they are not viable.
