Hats Mod 1.12.2/1.11.2/1.7.10 is a mod by iChun. It’s a useful mod when it brings many cosmetic hats that you can put on your character in Minecraft.

About the mod

This mod is all about bringing lots of wearable hats that you can obtain. You will see hats spawning on mobs in a random way. Both passive and aggressive mobs can have hats. When you defeat a mob that wears a hat, its hat will belong to you. Then, you can add it to your hat collection. The mod also adds the hat menu in which you can customize and wear the hats.

Hats are the mod running on servers. If it is not installed on a server yet, the clients having it installed display players and pets that wear random hats. If players install the mod on servers, they can show their hat choice.

How to get Hats

Getting a hat is quite easy! All you have to do is to defeat a mob wearing a hat. If that mod is defeated, it will give you its hat. Then, you can add it to the Hat GUI. The keybind of the Hat GUI is subject to change in the Controls option in the pause screen of the game. In the Hat GUI, all the gathered hats of players are visible. Also, players can color and equip them if they want.

Features of the mod

The mod comes along with some basic features, such as:

• A colorize option that lets you color the hats you want to wear. You can change the hat to red, blue, or green.
• There are more than 78 hats automatically featured in the mod for the first time running.
• You simply press H on your keyboard as you are in the game. Then, a Hat Selector GUI will appear. You will see all the available hats in the GUI. After that, you can pick your favorite one to wear.
